Creating a Customer Account
1. Click Account and then click Register in the top right corner.
2. Fill out all the required Create Account fields on the form.
3. Click Create Account. You will then be taken to the My Account page.
Signing into Your Customer Account

Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner.

Enter the email address and password for your account, then click Sign In.

Resetting Your Account Password

Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner.

To the right of Sign In, click the Forgot your password? link.

Enter the email address associated with your customer account, then click Reset Password. If a valid email address was submitted, you will see a "Thank you" message.

Within five minutes you should receive an email with the subject line, Password change request for [Store Name]. Click the link in that email.

Enter your new password twice, once in the New Password field, and a second time in the Confirm Password field, then click Continue. You should see "Your password has been successfully updated."
ORDER
Has My Order Shipped?
Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner to login into your account to check your order status.
How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel an Item in My Order?
Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner to login into your account to view your order. Then click the change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How Do I Track my Order?
Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner to login into your account to track your order. A shipment notification will be emailed and/or SMS once shipment has processed.
My Order Never Arrived. Please Help!
Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner to track your order status. Be sure that all the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please Contact Us.
An Item is Missing from My Shipment. Please Help!
Click Account and then click Sign In in the top right corner to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When Will My Backorder Arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
