Description
Chemical/Lead Reduction Cartridge, 2/Pk Inert ceramic powder embedded in a modified, molded carbon block with polypropylene core. Reduces amount of soluble lead in drinking water to level well below the EPA's suggested action level of 15 ppb. Does not allow lead to re-dissolve or leach out under normal conditions. Maximum operating temperature: 100 DegF IMPORTANT: To insure hazardous chemical protection, a Campbell .75 gpm Flow Restrictor Coupling (STC32CR2) must be installed in the outlet port of the filter head to maintain optimum contact time between the supply water and the lead reducing carbon block cartridge.
